Ms Whitman is currently the Director of Sustainable Strategies for Parsons’ Water & Infrastructure division headquartered in Pasadena, California. Ms. Whitman is a registered engineer in the State of CA, is a LEED AP, and has more than 19 years of civil engineering experience in design, construction, and operation of major infrastructure projects for environmental agencies in the United States, Europe, and Asia, including more than a decade of experience on sustainable projects. Her professional experience prior to joining Parsons includes service as Manager of Planning and Water Resources and as Deputy Manager of Engineering for a southern California public agency.
